We have had a great year for wine this year, the big trend is people are buying less but of a far higher quality. Our wine list has had it’s foundations laid and we are beginning to bring in some real treats.
We have also began constructing our own wine cellar at the hotel which will be a great addition to what we can offer and the value we can pass on to our fantastic guests who keep returning.
I have been nominated for Wine Professional of the Year 2016 and have sat my first interview against a panel of 3 judges so personally I am very happy with the progress we are making and look forward to seeing you at any one of our upcoming events.
